    To whom it may concern

    I have known and worked with Robert Chilcoat for three years now, and am writing this character reference in response to Robert asking for one. I am currently the Station Manager of a Gas Turbine Powerstation in the Republic of Georgia, and Robert was my Electrical Supervisor there.

    One of Roberts’ core roles while working in Georgia was to train the locals in the western method of working, from safety to personnel and equipment, through to using the right tools for the job, through to proactively seeking better methods to complete any work done, etc. Robert took this style of work on very well, and gained great respect from the local workforce of forty, through to myself and the other expats that he worked with.

    I found that Robert completed all his duties with care and finesse, and worked to a strict timeline perfectly. He excelled at diagnosing computer issues, and was generally regarded as also filling in for the IT role as well while at Site.

    To finish, if I had a vacancy anywhere in the world, I would certainly be offering that role to Robert. I would be more than happy to answer any questions with regards to Robert and his attitude to work, and only wish him the very best in his future.
