System Control Services 

 The System Control Services web site has come into existence out of the necessity in these difficult economic times to advance my prospects as I continue my job search. The main purpose is to make available a public profile of my abilities and accomplishments over the course of my career. The majority of my career resides with in the United States, but for the last four years I have been working overseas on various projects and have recently finished projects in Singapore. I have married a lovely Filipino woman and now call Manila home and very much want to continue to work in this part of the world.
